Return Process

  Log in to your DuRoBo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
